The exclusion zones are delineated by lit Conical Yellow Special Mark Buoys at approximately 50 metre intervals with the flash sequences Fl.Y.5s and will be effective from between 0700hrs Tuesday 14 March 2017 and 1700hrs Monday 31 July 2017. The movement of vessels within the marked rolling exclusion zones is prohibited between the times and dates above, excluding vessels involved directly in the works and Parks Victoria vessels. Mariners are advised to navigate with caution within the vicinity of the harbour.
